1. Purpose of the service and assessments
HelloVozi offers English practice through intelligent coaches, activities and educational feedback. Assessments, including the public Quick Placement Test, are provided for guidance only. HelloVozi does not guarantee that you will reach a particular level, obtain a specific score or pass an exam, and is not affiliated with the examining bodies whose exams it mentions.
2. Accounts, minors and institutions
An individual account is personal and non-transferable, and corresponds to a single learner. By registering, you accept these terms. Where the learner is a minor, their parent or legal representative will register and purchase on their behalf, accept these terms and grant the authorizations required by law.
If you access the service through a school, your access is governed by the contract signed with the institution. The school obtains and manages the authorizations of learners and their representatives before accounts are created, through the director or responsible person designated in that contract.
3. Account access
Registered learners can access the products available for their account. Vozi Missions, Vozi Live and exam simulations require an access code. The Placement Test remains available to registered learners. Any future trial offer will be communicated separately before activation.
4. Plans, payments and license
Before you pay, you will be informed of the price, applicable taxes, duration and renewal conditions of the plan. Upon purchase, HelloVozi grants you a personal, limited, revocable and non-transferable license to use the plan’s features during its term. You do not acquire ownership of the software and may not resell it. We accept only the payment methods enabled on the platform.
5. Renewal and cancellation
If a plan includes automatic renewal, it will be optional and will require your express authorization. You may cancel it at any time by writing to soporte@hellovozi.com, and you will keep access until the end of the paid period.
6. Returns and refunds
HelloVozi does not offer commercial money-back guarantees or refunds beyond those required by law. If you purchase as an individual, you may submit your request to facturacion@hellovozi.com, and it will be handled under the right of return and the periods set by applicable law. If you access the service through a school, any refund is governed by the contract with the institution and applicable law.
7. Acceptable use
You may not share an individual account, impersonate others, access the service without authorization, use it fraudulently or abusively, or attempt to circumvent its limits or compromise its security. HelloVozi may suspend accounts, in a proportionate manner, in the event of breaches or risks.
8. User content and artificial intelligence
You keep the rights you hold in the content you contribute. Artificial intelligence features may produce inaccurate responses or feedback; their results are educational support and do not guarantee any particular outcome. HelloVozi does not use your feedback to train its own models.
9. Intellectual property and quotations
Rights in the platform, trademarks and HelloVozi content belong to their respective owners. You may quote excerpts of HelloVozi’s public content, stating “Source: HelloVozi” and linking to the original. Copying entire articles is not permitted.
10. Availability
Availability of the service may be temporarily affected by connectivity issues, maintenance or failures of external services. HelloVozi does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
11. Governing law, changes and contact
These terms are governed by Ecuadorian law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules that apply to you. HelloVozi may update them; we will state the effective date and, where the law requires, notify you.
